Pucci’s Palate: Garlic Roasted Broccoli

I am far too hungry right now to be typing this up. Good thing is I am going to the grocery store and will likely pull this one off in the very near future.

Garlic Roasted Broccoli

  • 1 lb Broccoli
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Red Pepper Flakes, to taste, garnish
  • Lemon Wedges, garnish

Simple Directions – Set oven to 450° F. Puree olive oil, rice vinegar, garlic and salt. Coat broccoli florets and roast in oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Use red pepper flakes and lemon wedges to add zest!
